"Mark Burnett Productions has extended the deadline for film submissions for their upcoming reality show 'On the Lot'.

To be produced by Steven Spielberg & Mark Burnett, the creative forces will look for the next big filmmaker by accepting entries from 4 different continents. Originally, the deadline was September 1st but it has been extended to December 1st.

Why the delay? It could be that the show moved to Fall 2007 from Spring 2006 or simply the genorisity of the producers to give filmmakers more time.
