"MGA Entertainment, Inc. announced today that it has signed a master toy and games licensing agreement with DreamWorks Animation SKG for the Shrek entertainment franchise.
The two-year agreement gives MGA the rights to bring Shrek-themed products to retail beginning Spring 2007, in conjunction with the theatrical release of the third film in the Shrek franchise. Under the license, MGA will produce innovative products across a wide range of categories, including Dolls and Collectible Figures, Plush, Youth Electronics, Games, Puzzles and Room Decor.
